Aldbrough village hall was built in 1993, on the recreation field. It provides both community and sporting activities for Aldbrough and its surrounding area. The hall is available to hire for any of the following events:
Sporting Activities Including Indoor
The Main Hall: 23m x 17m, and is fitted with a sprung floor. The Small Hall: 12.5m x 7m. The Kitchen: 10.5m x 5.5m, and is fully furnished Kitchen with service hatch 1 the Main Hall, and a serving area to the smaller hall. The Balcony: 12m x 2.5m, this overlooks the main hall with a small kitchen of Main Room Upstairs: 17.5m x 12.5m, a large, fully carpeted 'L' shaped room. Committee Room: Measures approx 7.5m x 5.5m. Heating: Available throughout the whole hall. Facilities: These include a kitchen with server into the small hall and also a serving hatch to the main hall. The toilet facilities are accessible to males, females, and disabled people. There are also showers, indoor changing rooms, outdoor changing rooms and a large recreation field for various different sports Equipment: There is a good selection of tables, chairs, crockery, and cutlery, and a vast range of sports equipment. Parking: There are two car parks, one that will hold around 12 cars at the main entrance to the hall, another at the far end of the building that can hold approx 25 cars. They are both fitted with floodlights, and security cameras. Bar Facility: A bar can be run from the kitchen serving area, with occasional licenses which must be applied for. PRICES Large Hall: £10 per hour Small Hall: £6 per hour Upstairs £6 per hour Meeting Room £6 per hour Kitchen + £1 per hour: Whole Building: £15 per hour Linings for Large sports hall £50 per booking.
